1,600 m² in the historic Malt House is the largest of Tichauer’s event spaces. Created for events that require a response to scale: trade fairs, concerts, galas, product launches, theatrical performances, training courses.

The interior can be divided by curtains into smaller zones. Two independent entrances (from the courtyard and from the main hall) allow for seamless logistics.

The Refrigeration Room can accommodate:

  • 400 people at banquet tables,
  • up to 1,500 concert attendees,
  • theatre auditorium with central stage for 1,000 spectators.

Full kitchen facilities (100 m²), cloakrooms, toilets and ancillary areas allow for the comprehensive implementation of events. It is a space that can be impressive – but never dominates the content of the event.
